Terms of service

These terms apply between Northsquad, organisation number 911213-3997, Sångstigen 15, 913 33 Holmsund, Sweden (“we”, “us”), and the merchant who installs the Blankstock app (“you”). By installing the app you accept them.

1. What the service does

Blankstock calculates how many units of each product variant can be built from the blank stock you have entered, and writes those numbers to the Shopify location you selected. It reacts to orders, cancellations and refunds, and reconciles its arithmetic against your store on a schedule.

3. Inventory accuracy

Blankstock writes inventory levels to your store. We have built several safeguards — simulation mode, compare-and-swap writes, a full ledger, daily reconciliation and alerts — but no synchronisation between two systems can be guaranteed to be correct at every moment in time. Shopify's API can be unavailable, another app can change the same numbers, and stock can be moved physically without anyone telling either system.

You remain responsible for the inventory levels shown in your store. We recommend leaving the app in simulation mode until the numbers look right to you, and reading the reconciliation page when the app reports a difference.

4. Trial and payment

Blankstock is offered with a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends the subscription continues at the price shown on the app's listing, billed monthly through Shopify and added to your regular Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; the subscription ends in line with Shopify's billing rules and no further charges are made. Because billing runs through Shopify, refunds follow Shopify's process.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice to active merchants. A price change never applies to a billing period already started.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. Planned maintenance that affects the service is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at support@northsquad.se, with replies normally within two business days.

6. Data

What we store, why, and for how long is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we do not process your customers' personal data, and all data about your store is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall, when Shopify sends its shop redaction request.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Blankstock is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Swedish law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. Your inventory levels are left exactly as they are; nothing is reset, and the app stops writing immediately. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if the service is used in a way that harms the platform or other users, or if payment fails and is not corrected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes that materially affect you are announced to active merchants at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

De här villkoren gäller mellan Northsquad, organisationsnummer 911213-3997, Sångstigen 15, 913 33 Holmsund, Sverige (”vi”, ”oss”), och den merchant som installerar appen Blankstock (”du”). Genom att installera appen accepterar du dem.

1. Vad tjänsten gör

Blankstock räknar ut hur många exemplar av varje produktvariant som går att bygga av de blanks du lagt in, och skriver de siffrorna till den lagerplats i Shopify du valt. Appen reagerar på ordrar, avbokningar och återbetalningar, och stämmer av sin uträkning mot butiken enligt schema.

3. Lagersaldons riktighet

Blankstock skriver lagersaldon till din butik. Vi har byggt flera skydd — simuleringsläge, jämför-och-skriv, en fullständig huvudbok, daglig avstämning och larm — men ingen synkronisering mellan två system kan garanteras vara korrekt i varje ögonblick. Shopifys API kan vara otillgängligt, en annan app kan ändra samma siffror, och lager kan flyttas fysiskt utan att någotdera systemet får veta det.

Du är fortsatt ansvarig för de lagersaldon som visas i din butik. Vi rekommenderar att du låter appen stå i simuleringsläge tills siffrorna ser rätt ut, och att du läser avstämningssidan när appen rapporterar en skillnad.

4. Provperiod och betalning

Blankstock erbjuds med 14 dagars kostnadsfri provperiod. När perioden löper ut fortsätter prenumerationen till det pris som anges i appens listning, faktureras månadsvis via Shopify och läggs på din vanliga Shopify-faktura. Du kan avsluta när som helst genom att avinstallera appen; prenumerationen upphör enligt Shopifys faktureringsregler och inga ytterligare avgifter tas ut. Eftersom faktureringen går via Shopify hanteras återbetalningar enligt Shopifys process.

Vi kan ändra priset med minst 30 dagars varsel till aktiva merchants. En prisändring gäller aldrig en faktureringsperiod som redan påbörjats.

5. Tillgänglighet och support

Vi strävar efter att hålla tjänsten tillgänglig utan avbrott men lämnar ingen garanterad tillgänglighetsnivå. Planerat underhåll som påverkar tjänsten aviseras i förväg när det är möjligt. Support ges via mejl på support@northsquad.se, med svar normalt inom två arbetsdagar.

6. Uppgifter

Vad vi lagrar, varför och hur länge framgår av integritetspolicyn, som utgör en del av de här villkoren. Kort sagt: vi behandlar inte dina kunders personuppgifter, och alla uppgifter om din butik raderas 48 timmar efter att du avinstallerat, när Shopify skickar sin begäran om radering.

7. Ansvar

Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. I den utsträckning lagen tillåter är vårt sammanlagda ansvar för anspråk som uppstår ur din användning av Blankstock begränsat till de avgifter du betalat för tjänsten under de tre månader som föregick anspråket. Vi ansvarar inte för indirekt skada, inklusive utebliven vinst, förlorad försäljning eller förlorad goodwill.

Ingenting i villkoren begränsar ansvar vid uppsåt, grov vårdslöshet eller annat som inte kan begränsas enligt svensk lag. Är du konsument påverkas inte dina tvingande rättigheter.

8. Uppsägning

Du kan sluta använda tjänsten när som helst genom att avinstallera appen. Dina lagersaldon lämnas precis som de är; ingenting nollställs, och appen slutar skriva omedelbart. Vi kan stänga av eller avsluta åtkomsten om villkoren bryts, om tjänsten används på ett sätt som skadar plattformen eller andra användare, eller om betalning uteblir och inte rättas.

9. Ändringar av villkoren

Vi kan uppdatera de här villkoren. Ändringar som väsentligt påverkar dig aviseras till aktiva merchants minst 30 dagar i förväg. Fortsatt användning efter att en ändring trätt i kraft innebär att du accepterar de nya villkoren.

10. Tillämplig lag

Svensk lag tillämpas. Tvister avgörs av svensk domstol med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans, om inte tvingande konsumenträtt säger annat.
